Milder temps starting today
Friday, March, 24, 2017 at 7:35AM
If the weatherman holds up to his end of the bargain.
Temps will be mid 50′s today and almost 70 tomorrow!
We have BLOODS and plenty of them for the Bass, Flounder and Perch fisherman. Reports continue to trickle in of a HOT bite in the Toms River. As the weather warms those Bass will be seen more places in the bay.
If I′ve called you for a reel repair pick-up please do your best to get them. I need the room for reorganizing purposes. Thanks.

Yesterdays wind...
blew most anglers away.
And last nights drop in temperature didn′t help much either. Weather will start getting milder now.
As I pulled up this am I see Bob′s Jeep here.
Figured he just got here early.
As it turns out he pulled another all nighter at the rod lathe. Dedicated to getting customers custom builds out in time.

Sunny high of 44. NW winds 10-15

Mild days bring Bass....
well under size Bass but Bass all the same.
Had a customer go out yesterday with a selection of bait and it turned out in the few hours he was out spending quality time with his wife he was also was spending time with a half-a-dozen Bass. Worms were the bait of choice.
We′re out of worms at this time but, we expect them sometime this am. I will keep you posted on Facebook upon their arrival.

Just as expected, Grumpy lost his mind when he got back and saw what Ray had ordered. Grumpy looks so cute when his face is all red. Hahahaha

Must be getting old. Better weather today as the winds have calmed a bit. Worms sales this morning were brisk as guys are trying their luck at all the usual spots. Heard of a few back bay Bass (small) and some Perch.
Today′s BAD news, The Grump Hisself has returned. The abuse will be flying around today to make up for lost time.

Better, but Still Windy!
The temps. have risen some but, the wind is relentless.
Good news is there are still spots to fish back bay that are alee in this NE wind. Ray continues the reign of punishment upon Grumpy. New and restock items are continuing to pile up around the store. And more stuff is on the way. That will teach him to go away for over a week.

Sunday 0 % Precip. / 0 in
Windy. Cloudy skies will become partly cloudy this afternoon. High 44F. Winds N at 20 to 30 mph
