Kinda Slow Yesterday!
Reported on Wednesday, May. 27, 2015
by Grumpy hisself
Partly due to a lot of anglers recuperating from the long holiday weekend! Those that did show up got some Blues that were appearing and disappearing at random places and times. Blind casting Poppers or using Mullet or cut Bunker was the best bet. We did hang a nice Bass on the scale, caught in the surf with an SP Minnow. The relentless south wind has cooled the ocean water temps into the mid 50s again so you might try Clams on a Hi-Lo rig fished in the white water at the edges of the cuts and bars. No reports of Fluke in the surf but there were some caught behind IBSP and the BB and BI bouys.
The weather idiots have this - Sunshine and clouds mixed. A stray shower or thunderstorm is possible. High 72F. Winds SSW at 15 to 25 mph.

Breakfast on the way to the beach, or lunch, or both!!
3Cs luncheonette is open from 7am till 3pm! Central Ave at 10th St. Great food, nice people and good prices too!

We are accepting donations to help Ponytail Mike with his expenses while he is battling liver cancer! The only thing we want him to worry about is recovering fully from this horrible disease and not how he will be able to pay his bills. If you can help, we are accepting donations in the store or if you prefer, online at the Facebook page that we have created to post updates on his progress.
