Restocking, Adding New Items, and a Fishing Report.
We’ve been busy this week with “inventory control.” We got a couple of nice orders delivered to us the beginning of the week. We have been busy restocking shelves and adding new items to both the brick and mortar and the online stores. Here is a summary of what he have done.
But first, if you have been called about a rod or reel repair that has been completed, please come pick it up. We are running out of room to put the completed reels, and poor Frank is up to his armpits in them. Thanks.
Ok, now here is the new stuff…
We have replenished our stock of ODM Surfwave Bags and ODM Surfwave Belts. If you were looking for one of these, now is the time to get one. We have them both in the brick and mortar and online store.
With the new striped bass regulations taking affect, everyone has been looking for inline circle hooks. We have two options, the Mustad Ultra Point Octopus Inline Circle Hook and the Gamakatsu Octopus Inline Point Circle Hook. Get them now so you are legal for the upcoming season.
We’ve restocked a lot of lures, like Yo-Zuri Mag Darters, Spro jigs, and tons of Tsunami stuff, including something new from them. We brought in the Tsunami Pro Tidal Baits Mullet, which is a fantastic soft plastic mullet imitation. They are available in two sizes, 3.5” and 4.5”, available in-store and online.
Another new soft plastic for us is the Vudu Shad by Egret Baits. They are a classic looking rubber shad bait with some unique features. They are made out of a tough plastic. They have a serrated tail with an internal mesh weave to give them durability. These may be the artificial bait of the spring. Available both in-store and online.
We have added more inventory for some Penn Reels, Quantum and Daiwa reels. So if you were looking for something and we were out of, you may want to check again. If we are still out, let us know by clicking here and sending us a message.
Last, and certainly not least, we have added Black Hole Challenger Bank Rods to the online store. These rods are sweet. Light, tough and built well with good components. Quantities are currently limited but we will be filling out the stock as soon as we can.
We will also be adding more items to the online store in the coming weeks. Up on deck next are Z Belts, some nice gamakatsu fishing pliers, some Tsunami boat rods, and some other stuff…
Oh, I guess I owe you a fishing report…
It snowed here in NJ again today, and, added to the fact that I think there may have been some sort of sporting event today 😊, no one seemed to be fishing. We did hear some rumors of white perch being caught in rivers that connect to Barnegat Bay earlier in the week, but other than that, all is quiet around here.
Oh, one last item. No photo making fun of Ray this time. He had to watch yet another Super Bowl without his team being in it. That seems like punishment enough for today…
