Lets start with Grumpy Santa! 
Grumpy Santa is back! 12/14 and 12/15 Grumpyclaus will be back for all the good little girls and boys. As usual, we'll be taking donations for St. Jude's Children's hospital. Grumpy said he wants everyone to try to nuzzle into his beard for some reason, just don't ask him about it or anything.
Next up. the Ponytail Mike Malek tournament hosted by Berkeley Striper Club is fast approaching! The money raised from this tournament support a great cause, and you can win some amazing prizes! You can sign up in store, or online at berkeleystriperclub.org

After a slow start, the action picked up fast just a few hours before sunset. Bob Hatley had a great evening using @nolivebaitneeded shads. All caught on the island! Looks like another body of fish is sliding in locally. We also had nice fish reported on AVAs and teasers.
Fishing was certainly tougher today, with the dogfish being a massive nuisance (Side note: did you know they make excellent table fare? Gut, Bleed, and Ice immediately and they make the perfect fried fish for fish and chips, or fish sticks for the kids! They have a firm, white, flaky meat) but a few guys did score. Bob Branchaud caught this on an Ava!
Aiden Wells with a 30” 10.5 lb bass. We’re also hearing of bigger fish caught locally! Get out and fish!
