The biggest fluke fall for live bait. These rigs are designed to fish live killies, live snapper bluefish, live spot, or other similar baits for big fluke.
The MaiTai Basic Fluke LiveLine rigs are tied with quality 40 pound monofilament. There are two leader sections seperated by a barrel swivel. The lower leader section is approximately 24 inches long and has a octopus style hook (sizes 5/0 6/0 or 7/0). The upper section of leader is approximately 18 inches long and terminates in a barrel swivel. On this section of leader rides a fishfinder with a clip for your sinker.
While made for live bait, you can also drift strips of natural bait such as squid or mackerel, or even Berkley Gulp! for summer flounder (fluke).
