The barb on the hook can nick or crack the ceramic in your guide. Best cast scenario, you drop the rod off to us for a repair. Worst case scenario is the crack cuts your line a couple of times before you find it, then you bring the rod to us for repair.
Scabelly has the solution. Their hook keepers allow you to hang your lure on the guide like you seem to prefer without damaging the guide. Put your hook through the small metal loop on the hook keeper, and then hook the other end with the rubber coating to your guide. Works on all hooks.
